Genevieve Williams Real Estate is a premier real estate agency located in Charlotte, NC. They are very established in the Charlotte community and are highly rated with local home buyers and sellers. 

The client was ready for a new website as they were in process of re-branding and expanding the size of their agency. The project required a fast loading, clean website with elegant graphics that would feature their current properties. The website needed to convey the client’s involvement in the community as well as their high quality of service. The website also needed to interact with their listing database. I created a website that would update in real-time whenever the client would update their listings via their internal listing system. 

The main goals of the website are to educate the visitor and to drive conversions via contact forms, phone calls, digital downloads and newsletter sign ups. The website continues to be a driving force for new client acquisition.
